Job Responsibility:

·         Meeting with builders and architects to generate sales

·         Travelling to meet clients and understand requirements in local & Outstation areas both

·         Technically Sound to understand needs and communicate the same to management

·         Building Relationship with existing & new clients

·         Having Building Material Industry Knowledge

·         Able to Communicate across all levels

·         Honest & Hardworking and with a open mind to learn

·         Good Written & Verbal Communication skills & Computer skills

Requirements and skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Proficiency in English

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·         Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

·         Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·         Fast learner and passion for sales

·         Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

·         Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and Demos
