How to tackle the hot weather ?

  • Have cold food and drinks, avoid alcohol and hot drinks.
  • Don’t go outside between 12-3pm until its necessary.
  • Always wear sunscreen while stepping out , and wear light color clothes.
  • Drink lot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
  • Avoid doing heavy workouts and keep your body cool.
  • Take cold water shower atleast 2 times a day to reduce the body heat.
