ECT Launches an Online Personality Development Course.

Today, Education and Career Times (ECT) launched the Online Personality Development Course. It provides facilities for students to learn and develop soft skills. The online course provides flexibility to learn with the comfort of home. During the lockdown due to COVID-19 Pandemic, it is more preferable. The ECT has expert trainers with the year of experience in soft skill development. It is a 3 months online course. It consist of lifetime access to the updated study material with videos of all classes. The course has a special focus on building confidence. It helps in discovering the passion. It also incorporates work-life balance. The course emphasizes Employability enhancement. It consists of an analysis of body language. The voice modulation is also part of this course. After successful completion of this course, students get a Government Recognized certificate. The students find it difficult to impress the interviewer due to a lack of soft skills. As a result, students unable to crack the interview. So, students become unemployed. ECT created an online personality development course to help aspirants to develop those soft skills demanded by the industry.
